Select Benefits
Select Benefits limited benefit medical policy, may be just what you're looking for. Select Benefits is available to full time, part time, seasonal, and temporary employees. This special Building Industry Association of Washington sponsored program enables groups with as little as one employee to participate. Why You Should Enroll
No Networks: There are no preferred Providers lists or networks. Participants may see the provider of their choice.
No Preexisting Conditions: There are no preexisting condition limitations.
Medical Underwriting: Proof of good health is required only for late entrants.
Dependent Coverage: One rate covers all eligible family members. There is no additional charge for dependent coverage.
No Coordination of Benefits: These plans pay benefits regardless of other coverage a covered employee may already have.
Please note: Select Benefits insurance is not a replacement for a major medical policy. The coverage is designed to cover basic insurance needs that employees and dependents use on a routine basis. Select Benefits Indemnity Policy and Select Benefits Outpatient Prescription Drug Policy are insured by Symetra Life Insurance Company, 777 108th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. Policy numbers are LGC-8786WA 2/03 and LGC-8787 2/03, respectively.
